We’re over the moon with how this book turned out and in this show you’ll see our rationale for what we deemed a Paleo-Mediterranean nutrition plan that we developed for HANGRY. We discuss the pros and cons of Paleo, who it works for and who may need something more, Paleo and women’s hormones and how we’ve both evolved our position and utilization of this nutrition philosophy.
