Jen Hosler is a doctor of physical therapy, strong woman and a joy to talk with. In this episode we talked about exercise vs. movement vs. training - which is so widely misunderstood and it causes them needless frustration and overwhelm. We also talked a lot about what our joints really need to be healthy, how to deal with pain, how you actually should be warming up before you workout, how fear plays into our training and the importance of mindset.
