In this mini episode I walk you through how to change your mindset around having to eat a bit differently than other people as well as the logistics of not being able to eat everything at a party or event. I cover the ways you can easily plan ahead and contribute as well as exactly what I say when I need to let someone know what our family can and can’t eat. I also get into the dicey dynamics of what to do when a family member or caregiver doesn’t understand or doesn’t respect how you’re choosing to feed your kids.
