Holy smokes y’all, my life got turned totally sideways the past few days and it’s been a true test of all the tools I’ve been teaching you all. It’s been tough, I’ve had moments of nothing but tears. I’ve doubted it all. I also found hope.

And most importantly, I got through. Now I want to share it all with you. 

What I learned was that practicing mindfulness and stress skills is like working out, when you’re doing it it’s always super hard but it’s never as hard as the first day. We all have to put in our reps.
