Robb is a a former research biochemist is the New York Times Best Selling author of The Paleo Solution – The Original Human Diet and he has a new book that we can't hardly wait to read called Wired To Eat (March, 2017). This books explores the neurobiology of food and why it's not always so easy to eat well, go to the gym, get rest, ya know: do all that healthy stuff.
