“Tis the season to be busy and surrounded by foods that may not work so well for you. Should you go all in cuz it’s only once a year? As you may imagine, I’m gonna say “it depends!” It really does. It depends on how easy it is for you to sidestep things that don’t work for you, your history with dietary restriction, how much they wreck you and why you want them in the first place.
