On a request from our Better Everyday Inner Circle group we didn’t do Q&A today, no health expert guest and no talk of the gym or hormones. Instead we are pulling back the curtain – by about twenty years! We both share very personal stories about lessons we learned in our early twenties thanks to two really bad marriages. You will want to pour a glass of wine or make a cup of tea and be sure you have almost two hours to listen cuz we spill it all! Our mistakes, our rising from the ashes and how it all impacts who we are and what we do today.

It’s juicy, it’s fun and we feel so grateful that we’re able to share this type of story with you all – our tribe is simply the best. We hope you laugh, cry and stay tuned till the end when we talk about the very different marriages we’re in now and how lucky we both feel to be there! So tune in and buckle up because there’s sex, drugs, not much rock and roll but there is a bank robbery…

In this episode we had naturopathic oncologist Dr Heather Paulson to talk about breast cancer screening and alleviate the fear so many women feel around cancer – of all types – but specifically our unique risks and concerns with breast cancer. We also talked about Dr Paulson’s GREAT Life protocol for living a cancer proof life in 5 easy steps.
