In this episode, we are joined by internationally recognized mindfulness expert, author, speaker and professor - and one of those women that make you glow when you’re around her- Dr. Shauna Shapiro, PhD. She shares with us the incredible, practical and tangible mindfulness practices from her new book Good Morning, I Love You.

We also dove into the common, yet totally ineffective, coping mechanisms we all use such as shame and guilt and how the practice of building more self-esteem hasn’t actually helped us do or feel better in our lives and what we can do instead.
