I’m just gonna come right out and say it: I stink at accepting help from others. I also know, I’m not alone in that! It can bring up feelings of guilt that we can’t do it all ourselves, an uncomfortable sense of “I don’t deserve help” or “I don’t want to put anyone out” or even “I don’t want to owe anyone anything".
