Though her development of the Handel Method and now InnerU coaching program, Lauren has worked with everyone from the stay at home mom to the celebrities and CEOs and she reminds us we are all more alike in our “stuff” than it seems. We have an honest conversation about being the jerks we call can be, relationships and doing the hard, hard thing of being 100% responsible for our lives. Again, there’s some cursing in this episode as Lauren brings her New Yorker, direct style so if that’s not your jam maybe skip this episode. But hopefully even if that’s not your style you tune in and get something so useful from this episode!

In this fourth mini-episode we break down the fourth habit in our 54321 framework and that’s at least 2 liters of water per day. We talk about the importance of this basic habit BUT we also give some great tips for making this habit happen in a way you enjoy! One of the best tools for this is tuning into the tone of the voice in your head so we talk about how to do this and more tips to master this pillar.
